Unlimited time usage.
Streaming cap: 50,000 streams/views (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)
Sales cap: 2,500 copies (digital downloads, merch with music, etc.)
Monetization allowed within these limits.
No Content ID registration (YouTube, Meta, etc.)
You may not claim exclusive ownership of the beat.📖 UNLIMITED LICENSE TERMS
Unlimited streaming, views, and sales.
Includes full tracked out stems in WAV + MP3.
Track remains non-exclusive (can still be sold to others).
Licensor retains full ownership of the beat.
Licensee may not register the beat with any copyright office.
Lyrics and original musical additions by the Licensee are owned by the Licensee.
New compositions created with the beat are jointly owned 50/50 by Producer and Licensee.
Both parties can independently register and manage their share of publishing.
